We all heard how the Celtic's could not just flip a switch and take their game up a notch come playoff time. And then we all saw them do just that --- take their game up a notch to another level.
Well, I think the Celtics are working on a three way switch and they turned that bulb up a notch for the 1st round, made it a little brighter, but I believe they have another notch to go. Maybe more than one notch.
I expect to see the C's flip the switch again and turn it up yet another notch in the 2nd round against the vaunted Heat.
In flipping this switch the C's must match the Heat intensity and improve in at least two areas: turnovers and rebounding.
Against they Heat the Celtic's can't afford to be careless with the ball and turn it over for easy transition baskets, and they can't afford to give up offensive rebounds and 2nd chance points -- the Heat will convert on both counts.
One more thing: if the Heat decide to make it very physical, the Celts much match them blow for blow, and if anyone of them pulls a "Bill Walker", I hope one of the C's teaches them a "hard" lesson.
Go Celtics!
